MyriaRecord is a fully integrated voice recording system that allows you to record all your voice activity on the Myria suite of products. You can search and playback the calls on the turrets or through a web browser.

How long can I store recordings locally?

Recordings is stored locally for up to 7 days. Customers can opt for NAS extension or cloud storage beyond 7 days.

Can I download recordings for further analysis?

Yes, you can download recordings for offline analysis or processing with other tools.

Is MyriaRecord compliant with any regulations?

Yes, it is compliant with the Dodd-Frank Act, which has data recording requirements for financial institutions.
